Job Description

The primary objectives of this role encompass:

  • Managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Utilizing various recruitment channels to identify and select high-potential candidates.
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of our business model to effectively attract, assess, and retain top talent.
  • Conducting phone and in-person interviews to gauge candidate fit.
  • Fostering consultative relationships with hiring managers and delivering exceptional client service.
  • Supporting global talent acquisition projects and employer branding initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills

Required qualifications include:

  • An undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong expertise in active and passive sourcing strategies.
  • Prior experience working on campus recruitment initiatives.
  • A background in a 360-degree recruitment role is highly desirable.
  • Eligibility to work in India without sponsorship requirements now or in the future.
