Job Description
">As a System Support Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring the infrastructure and server parameters on a regular schedule.

  • Monitor CPU, Memory, Hard disk size, Log size and other vital server parameters to ensure optimal performance.
  • Report any performance issues to the appropriate teams if beyond thresholds.
  • Ensure that scheduled tasks are completed successfully and rerun any failed tasks.
  • Report technical errors to L2/L3 teams for resolution.
  • Monitor email, Teams channel and ticketing system for new items/tickets and update them with initial responses.
  • Gather more details from business/end user and other teams as required.
  • Reproduce issues in testing environment and provide inputs to L2 team member.
  • Validate issue fixes in internal testing environment based on customer inputs given.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Customer facing experience of more than 3+ years.
  • Managed either application or infrastructure support at L1 level for at least 3 years.
  • SailPoint or IAM system support experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to respond within defined SLA.
  • Experience in handling customer related queries on system functionality and providing required support.
  • Must have experience in doing customer issue based validation.
  • Technical background in Java and Scripting would be an added advantage.
