Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software and systems engineering, with expertise in distributed, real-time systems.

About the Role

  • This is a highly critical operational role that requires a combination of technical skills and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • You will be responsible for developing and maintaining distributed, real-time systems that serve key stakeholders in our global business.
  • Ongoing system capacity and performance monitoring, identifying potential bottlenecks, and addressing instability before it affects stakeholders.
  • Troubleshooting system issues, analyzing their impact on infrastructure and service operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrated work experience as an IT Infrastructure Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong coding skills in Python and PowerShell; ability to comprehend C# and develop basic applications.
  • Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems, cloud-based services (AWS), Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), and Configuration Management (Ansible).
  • Self-motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong sense of ownership.
