Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and maintain IT systems and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for IT projects, including budgeting, resource allocation, and project management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and other stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and make recommendations for innovation and improvement.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in IT administration, configuration, optimization, and maintenance.
  • Strong experience with Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365 administration, and Windows security.
  • Hands-on experience with firewalls and switches (Cisco, SonicWALL, Dell, Fortinet).
  • Hands-on experience with heavily virtualized environments (VMware, Hyper-V).
  • Familiarity with on-premise and cloud-based backup solutions and cloud-based email systems (O365, GSuite).
  • Experience with MDM solutions (Intune, Jamf, etc.).
  • Self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision and excellent time management.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • CCNA or equivalent network experience is desired.
  • MSCE or equivalent server experience is desired.
  • Technical Certifications are a definite plus.
