Store Leadership Role

A leadership position is available for an experienced retail professional with a proven track record of success in store management and team leadership. The ideal candidate will be able to foster a culture of excellence, drive sales performance, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership & Team Management
    • Recruit, train, and mentor store staff to ensure a cohesive and motivated team.
    • Foster a culture of accountability, service excellence, and teamwork.
    • Set and track performance goals for the team to drive results and growth.
  • Customer Experience
    • Ensure every customer receives premium, personalized service that meets their needs and exceeds expectations.
    • Resolve customer escalations with professionalism and empathy to build long-term relationships.
    • Develop strategies to increase customer loyalty and retention.
  • Sales & Growth
    • Drive sales performance by executing effective sales strategies, managing inventory levels, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance sales and profitability.
    • Support and execute in-store events, launches, and brand activations to engage customers and drive sales.
  • Operations & Inventory
    • Manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, replenishments, and disposal of obsolete or damaged items.
    • Generate weekly/monthly reports on sales, customer insights, and operations to inform business decisions.
  • Visual Merchandising & Brand Identity
    • Maintain the store's visual identity by creating engaging displays and presentations that showcase products and reflect the brand's values.
    • Ensure the store's aesthetic aligns with the brand's image and standards.
    Requirements
    • 6+ years of experience as a Store Manager, preferably in luxury/fashion/footwear industries.
    • Proven success in leading teams and achieving sales targets.
    • Strong people management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    • Passion for artisanal products, craftsmanship, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
    • Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
    • Fluent in English; Hindi/Marathi language proficiency a plus.
    • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work in a dynamic retail environment.
