About the Role:

We're seeking a seasoned trainer who can deliver impactful learning experiences across our retail network. As a National Training Manager, you'll be responsible for building retail excellence by designing and delivering training programs that focus on sales performance, customer experience, product knowledge, and operational efficiency.

You'll work closely with our operations, HR, and business teams to identify training needs and performance gaps. Your goal will be to develop digital training content, track training effectiveness, and stay up-to-date on eyewear trends and customer behavior insights.

  • Create engaging training programs that drive results in sales, customer service, and product knowledge.
  • Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for retail staff, team leaders, and support roles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and performance gaps.
  • Develop digital training content (videos, decks, quizzes) for scalable learning.
  • Track and maintain training metrics: attendance, completion rates, feedback, and post-training performance.
About You:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in training, preferably in retail, eyewear, fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills—both in-person and virtual.
  • Hands-on experience with retail operations, customer handling, and POS systems is a plus.
  • Comfort with virtual training tools, LMS platforms, and digital content creation.
  • Ability to connect with store teams and drive motivation and accountability.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and follow-up skills.
