The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs across the organization. This includes developing a comprehensive training strategy that aligns with business objectives and ensures employees embody the brand's values and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute the overall learning strategy for the company, aligned with business objectives.
2. Identify training needs through talent development initiatives and partner with leadership to design customized programs.
3. Build a training roadmap for all levels — frontline staff, store managers, HO employees, and leadership teams.
4. Work closely with Retail Operations, Merchandising, and HR to embed training in business culture.
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of luxury retail, customer service excellence, and brand management. Exceptional facilitation, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to design engaging, interactive training content. Analytical mindset to measure ROI of training programs. Leadership and people management skills. Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
Qualifications & Experience:
Masters degree in HR, Business, or related field. 10-12 years of experience in Training & Development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Prior experience in luxury retail, fashion, or hospitality is mandatory. Exposure to digital learning platforms, instructional design, and global training standards preferred.
