We are seeking an accomplished Professional with a background in publishing sales to drive partnerships, onboard schools, and promote our career counselling services. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling into schools and K-12 institutions, leveraging their existing networks and relationships to generate leads and appointments. They will be responsible for conducting presentations and demos of our programs to school decision-makers, negotiating and closing school-level partnerships, and providing market insights to leadership.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in any field.
  • At least 25 years of recent publishing sales experience.
  • Proven sales performance in the education sector.
  • Strong network with school decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA/PG in Marketing, Sales, or related fields.
  • Exposure to EdTech or education services sales.
  • Ability to independently manage lead generation to closure.
