Job Title:

Commercial Alliance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Alliance Manager to lead our publisher alliances and success team based in India. This role will be responsible for managing the P&L responsibility for defined business units in target markets, hunting for new publishers, evaluating opportunities, negotiating agreements, and developing processes to track publisher growth, retention, and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the P&L responsibility for defined business units in target markets.
  • Identify and recruit new publishers to join our network.
  • Evaluate opportunities with publishers and negotiate agreements that benefit both parties.
  • Develop and implement processes to track publisher growth, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Build and manage a high-performing team of sales professionals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of closing high-value business deals and exceeding annual sales targets.
  • At least 3 years of experience in deal-making with publishers in digital media.
  • Strong English communication skills, written and spoken.
  • Ability to build and manage high-performing teams across multiple markets.
  • Knowledge of digital publishing concepts and technologies.
