HR Leadership Position

We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic HR leader to spearhead our human resources function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business outcomes.
  • Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives and open communication channels.
  • Implement a continuous performance management system, encompassing goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms in collaboration with corporate HR.
  • Identify high-potential employees and facilitate their development through talent development programs, working closely with corporate HR.
  • Collaborate with corporate HR to enhance employee participation in individual development plans (IDPs), promoting overall functional and behavioral competencies.
  • Drive recognition and reward programs for high-performing employees.
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts, ensuring timely hiring of qualified candidates.
  • Develop strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Oversee onboarding and integration processes for new hires.
  • Identify training needs within the organization and coordinate training programs in collaboration with the corporate learning & development team.
  • Mentor and lead the HR team, cultivating a collaborative and high-performance environment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree + MBA in HR or related field.
  • A minimum of 10+ years of experience as an HR business partner.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven leadership abilities, with the capacity to work effectively in a highly collaborative team environment.
