Requirements

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.

  • Strong employee relations and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.

Preferred:

  • Experience working with US-based companies or global operations.
  • Team management and development experience.
  • HR certifications (SHRM, HRCI, etc.).
  • Advanced degree (MBA, Master's in HR).
