Human Resources Strategic Leader

As a strategic HR leader, you will oversee end-to-end human resource operations in a manufacturing setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective manpower planning strategies.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Maintain strong union/worker relationships while ensuring compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Oversee time office, payroll, attendance, and shift management systems for optimal efficiency.
- Establish and enforce HR policies, performance management systems, and career development frameworks.
- Evaluate and ensure adherence to health, safety, and welfare regulations in line with factory operations.
- Collaborate with plant leadership to support productivity and workforce efficiency.
- Manage disciplinary processes, grievance handling, and conflict resolution with fairness and transparency.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Strong educational background.
- 15 years of experience required.
- Demonstrated knowledge of labor laws, industrial relations, and statutory compliance.
