Senior Human Resources Partner

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to drive strategic people initiatives and deliver exceptional employee experiences.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement scalable HR frameworks for talent development, engagement, and retention to drive business results.

  • Build data-driven insights to measure HR program effectiveness and inform continuous improvement.
  • Influence change management initiatives and champion inclusion, transparency, and psychological safety.

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of progressive HR experience with strong exposure to HR business partnering at leadership level.
  • Proven success in implementing scalable HR strategies in high-growth or innovation-driven organizations.
  • Strong expertise in employee engagement, organizational design, and talent development.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor.
