Job Title: Human Resources Professional

 

Our organization is looking for an experienced Human Resources Professional to join our team. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a vital role in supporting the needs of our managers and senior managers.

 

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Supporting sensitive employee issues, including disciplinary, performance improvement, and grievance processes.
  • Acting as an influential partner in talent and performance management, people development, and organizational changes.
  • Spotting trends, identifying emerging needs, and addressing them in collaboration with stakeholders.

 

This role also involves mentoring and guiding junior team members in areas such as:

  • Performance Management: Analyzing data to identify trends, sharing insights, and developing solutions for systemic issues.
  • Employee Relations: Handling complex cases and investigations following established processes and policies.
  • Change Management: Driving implementation of employee programs and leading improvements in manager experience.

 

The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of HR policies and processes, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively with other teams.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Advanced degree in Human Resources or related field.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent management, performance improvement, and change management.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
