Job Title: Human Resources Manager

As a key member of the organization, we are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving strategic HR plans, building high-performing teams, and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentor and develop a skilled HR team, setting clear goals and expectations.
  • Oversee global mobility and travel operations, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, including payroll, statutory filings, and onboarding/offboarding processes.
  • Champion employee experience through office amenities, wellness programs, and pulse surveys.
  • Own culture-building strategy and execution through targeted initiatives and recognition programs.
  • Embed organizational values through team-led workshops and leadership forums.
  • Design and approve total-rewards framework, including salary cycles, incentives, and ESOP communications.
  • Prioritize and review Learning & Development: curriculum, certification tracking, and impact reporting.
  • Drive CSR strategy and employer branding in collaboration with Talent Acquisition.
  • Own Talent Acquisition and HR governance: sourcing, screening, offers, TA metrics, complex escalations, and HRIS data integrity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Post Graduation/Master's in Human Resource Management from a recognized university or institute.
  • 15+ years of relevant experience in Human Resource Management, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficient in MS Office with working knowledge of HRIS systems like SuccessFactors or Workday.
  • Strong leadership skills with effective communication, influence, and engagement at all levels.
  • Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
