Performance Marketing Manager

About this role:

We are seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Manager to drive traffic, engagement and sales through campaign optimization and client relationship building.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple client accounts, developing effective audience targeting strategies and analyzing data insights to ensure campaigns meet or exceed targets.

  • Manage 5-7 paid media client accounts and communicate effectively with clients.
  • Ideate, manage and optimize e-commerce digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok and Amazon platforms to drive traffic, engagement, sales and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Develop audience targeting strategies within platform limitations and maintain, troubleshoot and analyze data insights to ensure campaigns meet or exceed targets.
  • Align marketing efforts with product launches, promotions and seasonal campaigns and manage client budgets accordingly.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role you will need:

  • 4+ years experience managing monthly budgets of $50K+
  • Proficiency in major advertising platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads and Amazon Advertising
  • Understanding of feed management and e-commerce consumer behavior
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Tag Manager including troubleshooting
