BIM Coordinator

About the Job

The Role of BIM Coordinator is to lead and oversee the implementation of Building Information Modelling (BIM) processes and standards in the Mumbai office. This involves developing and maintaining BIM Execution Plans, defining company requirements and workflows, and ensuring alignment with ISO19650 standards and global procedures.

The successful candidate will have hands-on expertise in Revit and BIM processes, ideally with experience in an architecture, engineering, or construction company. They will also have a strong understanding of ISO19650 implementation and compliance, as well as leadership skills to align and guide a local BIM/Revit team.

Qualifications and Skills
  • degree in Architecture, Engineering, or relevant Built Environment disciplines
  • Indian qualified professional with minimum 5+ years' post-qualification experience
  • Hands-on expertise in Revit and BIM processes
  • Proven understanding of ISO19650 implementation and compliance
  • Strong leadership skills to align and guide a local BIM/Revit team
  • Knowledge across project work stages, particularly in Data Centres, Retail, and Hospitality sectors
