
Business Development Liaison

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to handle corporate service accounts as a Business Development Liaison.
This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key corporate clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, and driving retention and growth through effective service delivery and cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned corporate clients, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations.
- Understand client business needs and align company solutions and services to meet those requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments (sales, operations, support, finance, etc.) to ensure seamless service delivery and issue resolution.
- Monitor account health, proactively identify risks, and drive initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and account retention.
- Prepare and present account performance reports, usage analytics, and regular service reviews.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities in coordination with the sales team.
- Handle escalations professionally and ensure timely closure of client concerns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and client developments to proactively suggest relevant solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2–5 years of experience in business development, preferably in a B2B or corporate services environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Customer-first mindset with a proactive approach to service.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts effectively.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Professional appearance
- Valid driving license is mandatory
- The role requires willingness to travel to client locations as needed.
