Business Development Liaison

As a seasoned professional in business development, this role requires an individual who can effectively build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to drive sales growth.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a strong understanding of banking products, and the ability to motivate staff to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue and expand market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including branch managers and sales teams.
- Provide expert advice on banking products and services to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Motivate sales teams to achieve sales targets through effective coaching and mentoring.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of banking products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire sales teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or a related field.
