As a dynamic strategic business liaison, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining key industry relationships, onboarding organizations, and ensuring successful talent placements.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals and leaders.
- Onboard companies to post job opportunities and recruit top talent through our platform.
- Foster long-term partnerships to build a robust hiring network.
- Collaborate with employers to understand their hiring needs and preferences.
- Match qualified candidates with suitable opportunities and ensure seamless hiring processes.
- Track and exceed placement targets by leveraging market insights and data-driven strategies.
- Gather success stories and testimonials from placed candidates and use them to strengthen brand credibility and attract more corporate partners.
- Identify and onboard industry experts for webinars and other events to enhance thought leadership and expertise.
- Manage events to promote our mission and values while fostering meaningful connections between industry leaders and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong interest in biotech, pharmaceutical, and life sciences industries is highly valued.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize projects, and deliver results under tight deadlines.
