Job Title: Strategic Liaison Specialist

As a senior liaison officer, you will play a crucial role in fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive business growth and ensure smooth regulatory processes.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent networking skills, be proactive, and have a proven track record of managing complex government relations, legal coordination, and regulatory affairs.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a strategic liaison specialist, where you will be responsible for:

  • Acting as the primary point of contact between the company and various government departments, local authorities, and regulatory agencies.
  • Facilitating timely project permissions, clearances, and NOCs (e.g., RERA, environmental, municipal, utility, fire, etc.).
  • Liaising with town planning departments, land registration offices, and legal consultants to ensure accurate and compliant documentation.
  • Building and maintaining effective professional relationships with government officials, statutory bodies, and other key stakeholders.
  • Monitoring and interpreting changes in real estate regulations, zoning laws, land acquisition policies, and other relevant government procedures.
  • Proactively preparing and implementing a structured liaison process, including timelines, documentation standards, and compliance checklists.
  • Submitting regular reports to senior management outlining liaison activities, risk factors, and the status of regulatory approvals.
  • Maintaining up-to-date records of all communications, applications, permits, and approvals for audit and review purposes.
  • Supporting legal and project teams in addressing land disputes, title issues, or other compliance-related matters.
  • Representing the organization in official meetings, public hearings, and site inspections with authorities when required.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in managing government relations, legal coordination, and regulatory affairs.
  • Excellent networking skills and ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
