Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with all departments to ensure maximum cooperation, productivity, and guest service.
  • Respond to queries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure that all personnel are well-informed of departmental objectives and policies.
  • Identify optimal cost-effective use of resources and educate the team on the same.
  • Secure and verify revenue-related documents, including guest checks, folios, and official receipts.
  • Reconcile computer-generated guest ledger balances against general ledger balances.
  • Prepare reports, schedules, and analysis as required.
  • Audit and account for control documents, and prepare exception reports for errors.
  • Responsible for forwarding bills and collecting dues from debtors as per company policy.
Qualifications:
  • MBA in finance.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar capacity.
  • Good reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English language.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and relevant accounting systems.
