About the Role:

This is a full-time, remote position for someone based in India.

The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual with strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail.

They will work closely with the founder to accelerate business growth and develop scalable sales and marketing processes.

A key focus of this role will be on building and refining email infrastructure, including email verification, enrichment, and segmentation.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of B2B lead generation tools and experience managing cold outbound systems at scale.

Requirements:

  • Systems thinking and creative problem-solving ability
  • Highly resourceful with a strong sense of urgency
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Fluent level of written and verbal English
  • Experience in technical GTM, sales engineering, marketing ops, or RevOps
  • Familiarity with B2B lead generation tools such as Apollo, Clay, Smartlead
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar role
