Key Responsibilities:
  • RERA Compliances: Manage and oversee RERA compliances, including CA Certifications Form 3 & Form 5.
  • Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate financial statements, reports/MIS, and books of accounts up to audit closure, complying with RERA guidelines.
  • Client Support: Assist developers in understanding and fulfilling RERA financial obligations.
  • Project Monitoring: Monitor project accounts and verify the proper utilization of funds as per RERA norms.
  • Compliance Management: Manage client compliance, including GST, TDS, Income Tax (IT), PT, ESIC, ROC, etc.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct financial forecasting and risk analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Statutory Compliance: Ensure adherence to statutory laws, financial regulations, and audit requirements.
  • Budgeting: Oversee budget preparation and expenditure tracking, ensuring variance analysis.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with statutory authorities, auditors, and financial institutions.
  • Jr. Team Management: Guide and manage junior team members involved in financial operations and RERA compliance.
