Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for owning the servicing of orders for regional sales teams, ensuring timely issue resolution within a defined customer service framework. This includes validating demand over the horizon, assigning prioritization to demand/orders/customers based on established parameters, and verifying alignment with available POs, LCs, regulatory clearances, artwork details, SKU codes, IL checks, and minimum shelf-life requirements.

To achieve this, the Supply Chain Coordinator will analyze order status in systems, identify potential issues, and highlight risks that may impact timelines. They will also take end-to-end ownership of assigned orders for the region, driving documentation related to shipments with CFT teams, coordinating shipment planning with logistics teams to mitigate risks and delays, preventing demurrage or penalties, and participating in meetings to gather data and information on open orders.

Supply Chain Technology and Automation

The Supply Chain Coordinator will play a crucial role in identifying opportunities to implement IT and automation in order management processes, improving supply chain visibility and efficiency. This includes driving the implementation and rollout cycle for all IT and technology automations within SCM jointly with IT teams.

  • Strong understanding of supply chain principles, preferably in the pharma industry
  • Ability to analyze areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions
  • Essential SAP knowledge
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Effective decision-making, time management, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, work under constraints, and meet tight deadlines
