US Sales Executive

Norlox Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a leading staffing and recruitment firm in the USA, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven US Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for sourcing resumes, communicating with consultants, and providing training and placement solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing resumes and identifying potential candidates for our employment programs
- Communicating with consultants to explain requirements and market conditions
- Providing benefits and company branding information to clients
- Delivering training and placement solutions, as well as paid consulting services
- Closing deals and bringing in revenue through follow-up calls and negotiations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
- High-energy and passion for sales and business development
- Demonstrated ability to meet quotas and achieve sales targets
