Fixed night shift (8 p.m. to 5 AM) available.

English communication is a must.

Salary range: 15,000–18,000 INR Fixed + Incentive (As per performance)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source resumes and engage with consultants to explain requirements and market trends.
  • Provide benefits and company branding information to consultants.
  • Offer training and placement solutions, as well as paid consulting services.
  • Closing deals to bring in revenue through follow-up calls.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Effective communication skills
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
  • High-energy and passion
  • Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
