Network Security Engineer Role

We are seeking a skilled Network Security Engineer to join our team. This role requires expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining secure network infrastructures.

The ideal candidate will have experience with security products and services, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Design and implement network security architectures and security controls.
  • Develop and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Configure and manage network security devices (firewalls, IPS / IDS, etc.).
  • Troubleshoot network security issues and implement solutions.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to other IT staff.
Qualifications and Skills

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent military experience.
  • 5-10 years of experience in network security roles.
  • Experience with security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH, CCIE Security).
  • Extensive experience with network security technologies (firewalls, IPS/IDS, VPNs, SASE security).
  • Experience with routing and switching protocols (OSPF / BGP).
  • Familiarity with cloud security concepts and technologies.
Soft Skills

Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
