We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Infrastructure Specialist PAM & IAM to join our team and contribute to the delivery of exceptional client services.

Our ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in PAM, IAM, and authentication technologies, with a proven track record of designing, developing, and managing secure systems and infrastructure.

Key responsibilities will include:

","
  • Designing and implementing PAM solutions from BeyondTrust to secure critical systems and infrastructure.","
  • Configuring and maintaining privileged account vaults, password rotation policies, and access workflows.","
  • Troubleshooting PAM issues, including credential vault failures, session recording errors, and access request failures.","
  • Integrating PAM solutions with other enterprise systems, such as Identity and Access Management (IAM), Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), and ticketing systems.","
  • Managing Azure privileged access using Entra PIM and Conditional Access.","
  • Utilizing scripting languages like PowerShell or Python to automate routine tasks and reporting.","
  • Conducting periodic audits, access reviews, and compliance reporting.","
  • Administering Active Directory, LDAP, and Entra ID environments.","
  • Enforcing MFA, adaptive access policies, and RBAC across hybrid environments.","
  • Monitoring authentication logs, failed login attempts, and security threats.","
  • Ensuring compliance with IAM security policies and regulatory standards (SOX, GDPR, ISO 27001).","
  • Investigating IAM-related security incidents and unauthorized access attempts.","
  • Collaborating with security teams to implement zero-trust and identity governance models.","
  • Administering and troubleshooting Windows and Linux server environments, including patching, performance tuning, and access control.","

Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • 4-12 years of hands-on experience in PAM, IAM, and authentication technologies.","
  • Strong expertise in BeyondTrust, Active Directory, Azure Entra ID, and Azure PIM.","
  • Working knowledge of cloud IAM services (Azure, AWS) and authentication protocols and experience with scripting languages for task automation.","
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.","
  • Professional certifications preferred (e.g., BeyondTrust Certified, Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator, CyberArk Defender).","
  • Strong problem-solving skills, structured and independent working style.","
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).","
  • Willingness to work in a 24/7 managed service environment when required and continuously upgrade technical skills.","
