About the Role:

As a seasoned Tech Industry Sales Professional at NxtWave, you will be responsible for fostering relationships with parents and students, conducting demo sessions, and driving enrollment in our NIAT (NxtWave Industry-Aligned Training) program. Your primary focus will be on managing the sales funnel to maximize conversions and ensure a seamless enrollment process.

This role is ideal for a motivated communicator with excellent sales funnel management skills, language proficiency, and a passion for helping students succeed in tech careers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct demo sessions for parents and students, showcasing the benefits of NxtWave's NIAT product and how it prepares students for high-paying tech roles.
• Present the value proposition clearly, emphasizing the program's potential to boost future career prospects in the tech industry.

• Engage with parents and students to understand their aspirations and needs, guiding them toward making informed decisions about enrolling in NIAT.
• Provide personalized counseling to students and parents on the long-term career advantages of joining the program.

• Manage the sales funnel effectively, from lead nurturing to enrollment closure.
• Monitor and optimize the different stages of the funnel to ensure maximum conversion rates.
• Use data to analyze funnel performance, identify bottlenecks, and improve the overall efficiency of the sales process.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets by converting demo session attendees into program participants.
• Follow up with interested leads to ensure smooth enrollment and address any concerns or queries.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and their families, ensuring a positive experience from the demo session to enrollment.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and support throughout the enrollment process.

• Gather feedback from parents and students post-demo sessions to continually improve the effectiveness of presentations and engagement strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role, preferably in the education or ed-tech sector.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to guide stakeholders toward making decisions.
• Fluency in English, along with proficiency in Tamil.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving high conversion rates.
• Knowledge of the tech industry and education trends is a plus.

Salary Range: ₹30-50 lakhs per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
