Business Manager Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Business Manager to oversee our design and operations team.

  • This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with a strong background in project management, architecture or interior design, and construction management.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the building construction industry, as well as knowledge of individual trades and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-outs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Funnel Management: Help partners achieve higher conversion rates through effective sales funnel management.
  • Project Design: Manage the designing of 12 to 15 projects per month.
  • Team Management: Oversee the work output of partners and their teams for 5 stores.
  • Talent Acquisition: Assist partners in hiring designers by conducting technical interviews.
  • Training and Development: Train designers to achieve predictable sales and design output.
  • Customer Experience: Focus on customer experience and relationship management.
  • Market Research: Collaborate with category teams and cross-functional teams to gather market feedback.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in the building construction industry.
  • Degree in Architecture or Interior Design and post-graduation in Project Management/Construction Management.
  • Knowledge of individual trades and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-outs.
  • Tech-savvy professional with experience in adopting digital and technology initiatives.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment without compromising on quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and independently.
