Job Title: Business Operations Associate
Description:This is a full-time role that requires assisting the commercial department with day-to-day administrative tasks, preparing and managing documents, handling communications with clients and vendors, and supporting the sales team.
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to assist in maintaining records and coordinating logistics. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role and possess excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client and vendor interactions
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for sales team members
- Prepare and manage documents, reports, and presentations
- Support the sales team in achieving their goals by providing administrative support and data analysis
The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Proficiency in administrative tasks and document management
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field is preferred
