Job Title:
Senior Associate in Payroll Management

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Associate to join our team as a key member of the payroll management department. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the processing of timely, accurate, and efficient payroll operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage payroll account ledgers and prepare reports.
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and perform routine internal audits.
  • Analyze and reconcile payroll activity, identify possible issues, make recommendations, and support conclusions.
  • Work with the team to maintain vendor relationships and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in payroll management or related field.
  • Thorough knowledge of multi-state taxation, tax payments/deposits, and year-end reporting (W-2, W-2c, etc).
  • Familiarity with ADP and/or Workday systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA or advanced degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Certification in payroll management (e.g., CPP, FPC).
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of data analysis and business intelligence tools.
