Senior Financial Operations Manager

The Assistant Manager Finance Account is responsible for managing day-to-day finance and accounts operations under the supervision of a senior team member. This role involves handling General Ledger, Reconciliations, Taxation, and support for audits.
Main Responsibilities:
- Accounting transactions including journal entries, ledger postings, reconciliations, and fixed assets accounting.
- Preparing financial reports and schedules to facilitate monthly and annual closing processes.
- Assisting in statutory and internal audits by providing required documentation and resolving audit queries.
- Maintaining compliance with tax regulations including GST, TDS, and other applicable requirements.
- Generating Management Information System (MIS) reports and assisting in variance analysis as directed.
- Ensuring adherence to internal controls and company policies.
- Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth financial operations.
Required Qualifications:
- CA Inter or Postgraduate in Commerce from a recognized university.
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite, Visual Basic, and Power Tools.
- Experience with SAP or similar Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is essential.
- A basic understanding of accounting standards and taxation rules is necessary.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Finance & Accounting, specifically in the Manufacturing Industry.
