Role Title: Business Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Manager to ensure end-to-end planning and coordinated communication between all teams throughout the product lifecycle.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure effective communication and reporting of status and metrics to stakeholders.
  • Remove impediments impacting cross-team collaboration.
  • Drive the process, cadence, and ceremonies across teams.
  • Plan feature integration/program integration reviews with stakeholders.
  • Protect the teams from outside tasking and interact with team leaders.
  • Support risk management and mitigations.
  • Serve as a communication liaison between team leaders and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience as a project manager or product engineer.
  • Demonstratable experience in big program implementations where multiple applications are involved.
  • Agile Product Development with a strong focus on delivery.
  • Strong techno-functional skills combined with business/functional knowledge, and end-to-end understanding of processes.
  • Solid experience with system integration to connect, enhance, and automate business processes.
  • Expertise in business processes within Plan/Source/Make/Deliver.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing projects using systems development life cycles.
  • 5+ years in large enterprise matrix organizations.
  • Certification in areas of expertise.

  • First-rate communication and interpersonal skills, including verbal and written, and the ability to influence non-technical and technical staff.
  • Ability to work constructively and collaboratively with other experts and teams, with the ability to adapt and compromise.
  • Result orientation and sense of urgency.
