Land Management and Operations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all land-related activities for operational wind and solar power projects, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Maintain accurate records of lease agreements, land titles, and possession documents for project sites, facilitating timely updates and renewals.
  • Foster strong relationships with landowners and local communities through effective communication and grievance redressal.
  • Coordinate with local authorities to manage land records, tax payments, and statutory obligations, maintaining regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with O&M teams to resolve access road, transmission line, and internal movement issues within project sites.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with land, including encroachments, litigation, or non-compliance with local laws.
  • Ensure adherence to local land regulations, zoning laws, and environmental norms affecting land use.
  • Provide support in audits and due diligence processes by offering updated land documentation and reports.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Legal, O&M, and projects to achieve project goals.
