Job Title: Enterprise Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced project coordinator to lead our Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) initiatives. As an enterprise project coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful delivery of complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals.
  • Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
  • Provide hands-on expertise in Oracle EBS modules (Finance and SCM).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DBAs, developers, business analysts, and functional consultants.
  • Ensure compliance with Oracle best practices, security standards, and organizational policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 8+ years of total IT experience, with at least 5+ years in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) projects.
  • Strong coordination experience with proven delivery of complex Oracle ERP initiatives.
  • In-depth functional knowledge of Oracle EBS modules (Finance & SCM).
  • Strong technical expertise in Oracle EBS architecture, customizations, extensions, and integrations.
  • Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL programming – writing queries, stored procedures, functions, and performance tuning.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile/Waterfall methodologies, and ITIL best practices.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.
