About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Lead Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams and overseeing multiple projects from initiation to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning and coordination activities to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop project scope documents.
- Mentor junior team members in project management best practices and methodologies.
- Analyze project metrics and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's or advanced degree with 7 to 9 years of professional experience.
- Proven experience implementing or supporting centralized data management solutions in the US pharmaceutical market.
- CDW experience in the US life sciences industry is highly valued.
- Strong coding skills in Python are essential.
