Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead our projects and work closely with clients.

The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project execution, including forming a comprehensive understanding of client research needs.
  • Develop and adapt research instruments to support project objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews, focus group discussions, ethnographies, and other data collection methods.
  • Maintain quality controls throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide timely and actionable solutions to data collection teams.
  • Analyze qualitative data and present insights to clients.

Client Servicing Role:

  • Ensure effective communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Deliver relevant market information to clients to enhance their comfort level with local markets.
  • Proactively discuss issues and provide actionable solutions.
  • Attend client field visits and ensure smooth operations.
  • Demonstrate strong teamwork and supporting qualities.

Essential Skills/Competencies:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong inter-team management skills.
  • Ability to derive qualitative insights and construct research reports for clients.
  • Willingness to travel across locations for project management and client visits.
  • Prior experience working with international clients is preferred.

This role requires a deep understanding of project management principles, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
