- Employee Relations: Listen, address, and investigate employee issues, concerns, and complaints, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Employee Engagement: Identify key differentiators that set the organization apart from competitors, leveraging employer branding and highlighting corporate culture through various channels.
