Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to assist with day-to-day escalation and resolution of customer queries via tickets, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent core values: integrity, vigilance, and excellence
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner
  • Investigate and report product malfunctions by testing different scenarios
  • Monitor customer complaints on various channels and provide assistance promptly
  • Share suggestions and effective workarounds with colleagues
  • Follow up with customers to ensure technical issues are resolved
  • Engage in continuous improvement, including process, technology, team, service methodologies, and capabilities
Qualifications:
  • Graduate with three to five years of support experience
  • Familiarity with learning paths, courses, registration, and ticketing tools
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Problem-solving skills and active listening skills
  • Ability to manage escalations and prioritize issues
