Lead Strategic Initiatives

As a seasoned UX research expert, you will lead strategic initiatives and drive innovation in product design.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define Research Goals: Partner with stakeholders to identify and prioritize research objectives.
  • Investigate User Behaviors: Conduct studies into user goals, pain points, and workflows using contextual inquiries and interviews.
  • Develop Research Plans: Design strategies using methods such as usability testing, surveys, or advanced research techniques.
  • Evaluate and Analyze Usability: Facilitate usability and accessibility testing, identify improvement opportunities, and provide evidence-based recommendations.

You will work closely with designers, product teams, and management to ensure research directly informs product and feature decisions. A history of independently planning and executing UX/MR research activities is essential.

Requirements:
  • Experience in defining qualitative and quantitative research goals, investigating user needs, and identifying opportunities to improve workflows.
  • Expertise in evaluating usability through testing and translating insights into actionable design recommendations.
  • The ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and share progress and findings to drive alignment and results.
  • A strong understanding of user-centered design principles and the software development lifecycle.
