Job Overview

We are seeking a Product Designer who is passionate about solving real-world problems and creating intuitive, scalable design solutions. This role requires deep user empathy, cross-functional collaboration skills, and a strong grasp of both design principles and product strategy.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and brings experience from B2B, healthcare, or AI-driven products. They will be responsible for translating user and product requirements into high-quality, usable designs for a suite of solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate user and product requirements into high-quality, usable designs.
  • Gather actionable insights through on-ground user research.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, product management, client success, R&D, and other teams to align on product goals and roadmap.
  • Advocate for and embed user-centered design thinking into every stage of the product development lifecycle.
  • Support the product management team in defining feature specs and driving adoption through design decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Product Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or related fields.

• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Expertise in conceptualizing and visualizing design through wireframes, prototypes, and information architecture.

• Solid foundation in UI/UX principles, interaction design, and visual design best practices.

• Strong collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.

• Sound reasoning and decision-making grounded in user needs and product context.
