About This Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned UI/UX Lead to drive our design vision and strategy for healthcare applications. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing scalable design systems that meet the evolving needs of doctors, patients, and internal teams.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and designers to translate business requirements into intuitive designs that foster adoption and impact. In this leadership role, you will also mentor a team of designers to create innovative, accessible, and user-centered experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of UI/UX designers to deliver high-quality designs that meet business objectives.
  • Define and drive the overall design vision and strategy for our healthcare applications, ensuring consistency and scalability across products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
  • Create and manage design systems, style guides, and reusable components to ensure brand consistency and usability.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma/Adobe XD, working closely with frontend developers to ensure seamless implementation.
  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to validate design decisions and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to accessibility standards, responsive principles, and cross-platform compatibility, fostering an inclusive experience for all users.
  • Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices, applying knowledge to drive innovation and excellence in our designs.
