UX Research Assistant

This is a pivotal role for those eager to contribute meaningfully to the development of our platform.

We are seeking an ambitious and innovative UX Research Intern to join our dynamic team. In this capacity, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our product by uncovering valuable insights through user interviews, heuristic evaluations, competitor analysis, qualitative research, and quantitative research.

As part of our remote team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to translate findings into actionable solutions. Your input will play a critical role in informing design decisions that cater to the needs of our users.

To excel in this role, you should possess a strong interest in UX research, usability, and human-centered design. Familiarity with basic research methods, excellent communication, organization, and note-taking skills are also essential. Comfort working independently in a remote setup is a must.

Our internship offers a unique chance to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced startup environment, work closely with our founding, product, and design teams, and build a robust portfolio through real-world UX research projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct user interviews, heuristic evaluations, and competitor analysis
  • Design and execute qualitative and quantitative research studies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop actionable solutions
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of user needs and behaviors

Requirements:
