Job Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and analytical individual to join our team as a Junior Market Research Analyst. This full-time position is based in Coimbatore and requires between 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and research methodologies, bringing valuable insights to advance TeachEdison's strategic objectives.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proficiency in data analysis to interpret complex datasets and provide actionable insights (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong understanding of quantitative research methodologies required for effective market analysis (Mandatory skill).
  • Capability to conduct comprehensive literature reviews to support research findings and hypotheses (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience in designing surveys to capture essential customer and market data efficiently.
  • Competency in conducting interviews to gather qualitative data directly from participants.
  • Proven track record in market research with an ability to analyze industry trends and consumer behavior.
  • Strong communication skills to present research findings to diverse stakeholders effectively.
  • Detail-oriented mindset to ensure accuracy and reliability in all research activities.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.
  • Utilize data analysis tools to interpret market data and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Design and execute surveys to gather critical market insights and assess customer needs.
  • Engage with stakeholders through interviews to obtain qualitative insights and feedback.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of research outcomes with business objectives.
  • Present findings and reports to senior management, providing strategic insights and action plans.
