Drive User Experience Innovation

We're seeking a skilled Senior Lead User Researcher to join our UX team. As a key member, you will contribute to crafting exceptional user experiences for software/web-based products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth research and analyze data to deepen user understanding.
  • Communicate research findings effectively across teams and define success metrics.
  • Develop testable hypotheses and apply research insights to inform product decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address research questions and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in UX, design, research, or related fields.
  • 4-19 years of user research experience in a UX team for software/web-based products.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of user-centered design principles and practices.

Preferred Skills:

  • Quantitative survey programming and analysis
  • UX Research for Meeting/Event Planners, Attendees software
  • UX Research for Mobile app or web development
