Job Title: User Experience Designer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced UX designer to lead the user experience process from research and ideation to prototyping and design execution.

Functional Responsibilities:

  • Design high-fidelity wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes using Figma
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and apply insights to refine design solutions
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and key stakeholders for implementation
  • Maintain information architecture and consistent UX patterns across products
  • Present design concepts and iterate based on stakeholder and user feedback
  • Leverage data, research tools, and AI platforms to accelerate workflows
  • Monitor UX metrics and continuously improve design outcomes

Key Challenges You Will Solve:

  • Drive design-led innovation to improve user adoption and satisfaction
  • Create scalable, personalized UX systems tailored to user behavior and preferences
  • Lead behavioral research across diverse micro-personas
  • Help define motion UX to enhance interactivity and engagement

Requirements:

  • 2–6 years of professional experience in UX design

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, Architecture, or equivalent practical experience
