The Role:

A highly skilled UX Designer is needed to join our team. You will be instrumental in designing intuitive user experiences for groundbreaking Generative AI applications that revolutionize product offerings. Working closely with AI engineers and product managers, you will translate complex AI capabilities into user-friendly interfaces.

Responsibilities:

  • Stay current with emerging UX trends—especially human-AI interaction, prompt design, agent UI, and conversational UX—and integrate relevant practices into workflows.
  • Design and implement user interfaces for GenAI applications, ensuring usability, accessibility, and an optimal user experience.
  • Conduct research, create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to validate design concepts and iterate based on user feedback.
  • Collaborate with GenAI Engineers to understand AI model capabilities and limitations and translate them into effective UI/UX solutions.
  • Apply user-centered design principles and best practices for AI-powered applications.
  • Rapidly prototype and perform quick PoCs to visualize and test new UI/UX ideas for AI applications.
  • Champion AI-assisted design tools (e.g., Gemini, Cursor AI, ChatGPT, Galileo AI) to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and iteration.

Qualifications:

Must Have:

  • Minimum 3 years of total experience with at least 1 year of relevant experience in UX design and front-end development for AI or complex software applications.
  • Hands-on experience in designing and implementing user interfaces, including creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and experience with user research methodologies.
  • Hands-on with AI-native design tools (e.g., Figma AI plugins, Cursor, Magician, Galileo) and UI generation from structured logic/code.
  • Basic understanding of Core GenAI concepts to inform UI/UX decisions.

Nice to Have:

  • Curious and knowledgeable about generative AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering for user and team experience enhancement.
  • Experience with multi-modal LLMs and designing interfaces for such capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability for rapid prototyping and performing quick PoCs for UI/UX concepts.
  • Portfolio showcasing strong UX design and front-end development skills for complex applications.
