We are seeking a UX/UI Designer with exceptional expertise in Webflow to drive the user experience and interface design for our Fintech product.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design Process Ownership: Manage the end-to-end design process, from concept and user research to high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.
  • User Interface Design: Translate complex financial concepts into simple, intuitive, and accessible user interfaces.
  • User Research: Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions and create data-driven user personas and journey maps.
  • Design System Development: Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system in Figma for consistency and scalability.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.
Webflow Development & Management
  • Webflow Website Development: Design, build, manage, and optimize company websites using Webflow for exceptional performance and responsiveness.
  • Component Architecture: Architect and implement scalable component structures and layouts within Webflow.
  • CMS Management: Manage and structure Webflow's CMS for various content types, ensuring ease of use for marketing and content teams.
  • Custom Interactions: Implement custom interactions, animations, and transitions to create engaging web experiences.

Required Qualifications include 2-3+ years of professional experience developing and managing complex websites in Webflow, a strong portfolio showcasing Webflow projects, and expert-level proficiency with Figma.
